For all my photographs I like to process ‘cleanly’ first before deciding what overall look I would like for the photoshoot. This was a new location for me and I was very much hoping for sun. Unfortunately by the time we got up there a cloud had settled and wasn’t shifting till after the sun went down. In ACR I added some warmth and brought up the exposure. In doing that the sky lightened to white so in Photoshop I ran my Fake Sky action and also my Vignette action.
Once I was happy with my clean edit I ran my Dawn action to try and bring a bit more of a warm, sunshine feel to the picture
