Hello there! I'm a graphic designer, illustrator and photographer from Dublin, Ireland. Since graduating with a degree in animation I have been working consistently as a graphic artist and great design is my passion.
Design has been central to all my work from when I started in the games industry in 1993. While in the games industry I animated game characters, designed in-game graphics and also created online game graphics for the then emerging internet. After leaving the games industry I worked in multimedia for four years designing for touch screen kiosks for museums, websites and cdroms and designing for print.
I set up as a sole trader in 2001 and have worked on an ongoing basis for various companies and individuals as a freelance graphic designer, 3D modeller, illustrator, logo designer and photographer.
In 2011 I set up my own eCommerce business selling digital products and tutorials. This is at square-balloon.com/blog Having worked in the photography business I was able to find out what photographers need most. Time. This I provide with a series of Photoshop actions and shortcuts to allow them to run their businesses more efficiently. I also run workshops to teach Photoshop to family photographers around the world.
From September 2013 to August 2014 I worked as the lead graphic designer for a Golf eCommerce company where I was designing for websites, apps and marketing ads. This gave me great experience in UX and UI design and this spurred me to create my own app.
I am currently working as a graphic designer in a company that creates beautiful bespoke wedding stationary.
I have been working with Photoshop for over 18 years and in that time I have used it for design, illustration and photo-manipulation and editing. I use Illustrator for all vector graphics of logos and illustrations and Indesign for preparing various items for print.
I have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Elements, GoLive, Wordpress, Flash, Lightroom, Dreamweaver and 3D Studio Max.

Lynn has the inherent ability to understand the brief and really "get" the overall concept that we are aiming to convey. I know of very few designers what can iterate through designs over a short time period to deliver a finished design. Lynn also understands the nuances of user experience and how user interaction is just as important as a sleek design. Overall Lynn is and continues to be a pleasure to work with and I would have no reservations what so ever to recommend Lynn as a graphic designer.
